Ok so I saw this post last month on The Orang-utan Librarian blog and thought yano what? – it’s about time you got to know me better. Plus I loved the answers that were put and hope mine are half as good! 😅 so without further ado… let me tell you more about myself…
What is the meaning of my name?
My name is french and it means “free man”.
This makes no sense to me but as it’s the feminine diminutive of Charles is makes slightly more sense. Although many of my friends do call me Charles instead of Charlie but I answer to pretty much anything except ironically – Charlotte which is my real name that doesn’t actually feel like my name…
What is my Myer-Briggs personality type? (LINK)
ound this personality quiz super accurate, I was reading it wondering if they had stalked me and written it about me!
My strengths and weaknesses were correct, my relationship information was correct (Myles is an entertainer personality type – when I searched this is mentioned that entertainers are great matched with advocates – no wonder we're mad for one another). Even my career path and workplace habit sections were the spit of me!
I'm super thrilled that so many amazing people, real and fiction, have this personality type too – JON SNOW 😍
WHAT IS MY ZODIAC SIGN?
I am a proud Pisces!
Pisces are selfless, they are always willing to help others, without hoping to get anything back. Pisces is a Water sign and as such this zodiac sign is characterized by empathy and expressed emotional capacity. Their ruling planet is Neptune, so Pisces are more intuitive than others and have an artistic talent.
WHAT IS MY HOGWARTS HOUSE? (LINK) Hufflepuff! – kind, loyal and my room is near the food ❤️
WHAT ARE MY LEARNING STYLES? (LINK) I love doing quizzes where I learn more about who I am and more about myself as a person. My scores show that I have a mild read/write learning preference, which came as no surprise to me as I prefer to read to understand things and re-read as I go along.
AM I RIGHT OR LEFT BRAIN DOMINANT? (LINK) Half and half!
WHAT IS MY BLOOD TYPE?
I actually have no idea but I am planning on donating blood soon and apparently they are able to tell you your blood type!
WHAT CAREER AM I MEANT TO HAVE? (LINK) This thrills me! After watching a documentary on how JK Rowling started out I always wanted to be able to write a book! She got knocked down so many times but got back up every time, such an inspiration to me.
Why it’s true: The eldest, for a while, has no competition for time (or books or baby banter) with Mom and Dad. “There’s a benefit to all of that undiluted attention. A 2007 study in Norway showed that firstborns had two to three more IQ points than the next child,” says Frank J. Sulloway, Ph.D., the author of Born to Rebel. Firstborns tend to be surrogate parents when other siblings arrive, hence their protective and responsible nature.
When it’s not: Parents can set high expectations for a first (or only) child. “When he feels like he has disappointed his parents or can’t measure up, he may veer off in another direction,” says Kevin Leman, Ph.D., a psychologist and the author of The Birth Order Book. So that’s it! I do love doing this kind of post, even though I’m never tagged in any! My favourite part was doing the Myer-Briggs personality test, it really matched the true me and I was surprised at how accurate it was for my family and friends too.
Give it a try and let me know your results in the comments ♡
Until next time,
