I am a huge lover of TK Maxx, like HUGE. I love the quirky gifts and home items that they have in store and even the food section is amazing, they really stock some great products at great prices. So of course, on my day off work, I decided to take a quick trip to see what I could pick up for the house.
I was dying to find a pumpkin spiced candle for our sitting room as our colour scheme is neutral with pops of orange. Plus the smell of pumpkin spice is amazing! (Even though Myles hates the smell) I actually ended up coming home with three pumpkin candles – don’t judge me. The first I picked up was the DW Home White Pumpkin candle, this one ended up on my bedside table and fits in with our grey and silver colour scheme in the bedroom.
The next was the Pumpkin Rum candle and the large Thanksgiving candle. although they’re really similar, I had to get both. I loved the Pumpkin Rum scent the best and the cuteness of the large Give Thanks candle with the little pumpkin on the lid, I just couldn’t decided between the two.
Something else I picked up cheap were these photo clip lights, for now I have taken the clips off and used the lights around our picture shelf. They’re super cute and making the sitting room feel more cosy.
I also picked up this funky looking, pore solution Korean face mask. I’m pretty sure it’s a black charcoal, hard setting mask that peels off and gets rid of black heads. But then again I could be wrong. It has three sections to the pack and thankfully, a directions sticker in English has been stuck to the back! Watch out for a review on this one, it looks like it’s gonna be a fun one.
I also brought my stepdad some Crew Clothing socks for part of his birthday gift from us. I was super tempted to buy a couple more candles and I saw a beautiful grey/mink fur throw but the price was a little much for something we really don’t need.
So that’s it for my mini TK Maxx haul, I’m really excited for next weeks day off as I’ll be going to Homesense.
